Welcome to the 2nd Session Indoor Soccer League 2023 Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and individual waiver, sign up for participation if not on a team, and submit payment if not on a team. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, or checking account information available. 

Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from John Gaspar Soccer Academy.

 

All sessions will take place at The Soccer Centre

412 E. Moneta Ave Peoria Heights

 

Indoor soccer shoes, tennis shoes or soft cleat turf shoes only on The Soccer Centre floor!

 

We will be utilizing the SportsEngine app for communication.  

Once registration is completed, refunds will not be given.
